El Chilaquil was born from a dream to bring the vibrant, authentic flavors of Mexican street food to London, Ontario. Founded by Geiler Puerto, every recipe carries the soul of Mexican tradition — from our slow-cooked barbacoa to our hand-rolled churros.

We don't take shortcuts. Every dish is handcrafted with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, because real flavor can't be faked.
